“This review is long overdue, but I wanted to take some time to let everyone know about the great service I received from Coleman Heating and Air. Long story short, our AC went out in the beginning of Aug when it was extremely hot here in Nashville and we were given the runaround from our warranty company. We were without AC in 90+ temps for 2 weeks and to top it off we ended up having to replace the entire unit out of pocket.

We gave Shaun a call and he came out same day, within a short amount of time, on a Friday. He took some measurements, and we discussed logistics and cost. I ask how soon can you get a new one in? He said tomorrow (Saturday)morning! He delivered as promised and we had air by that afternoon. I can’t tell you how pleased I am with the service! After a couple weeks we noticed the machine was running loud so we called Shaun and he came out and he figured out what was wrong and fixed it with no additional cost!
